Here comes Windows phone 7

Microsoft is launching their new mobile OS windows phone 7 today. Microsoft used to be a major player the smart phone market just 5 years ago. Now they have been out of the market for 2 years and they are looking to make a come back. At their launch event, they announced 10 new wp7 phones from Dell, HTC, Samsung and LG. The phones ate:

• Dell Venue Pro
• HTC 7 Mozart
• HTC 7 Surround
• HTC 7 Trophy/Spark
• HTC 7 Pro
• HTC HD7 Schubert
• Samsung Focus
• Samsung Omnia 7
• LG Optimus 7
• LG Quantum

Most of the phones look pretty vanilla, though the Dell Venue Pro and the HTC 7 Surround look interesting.
